Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident subscribing to Nyenzo. This policy explains when and how refunds apply.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Because access to the platform is granted immediately, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

Annual Subscriptions

If you purchased an annual plan and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within the first 14 days of your subscription for a full refund — no questions asked.

After 14 days, refunds for annual plans are calculated on a pro-rata basis: we refund the unused portion of your subscription, minus any months already used. For example, if you cancel after 3 months of a 12-month plan, you would be eligible for a refund covering the remaining 9 months.

Pro-rata refunds for annual plans are available up to 30 days after your last renewal date.
