1. Who We Are

Nyenzo is an AI-powered educational platform operated by iDev Consulting, a sole proprietorship registered in Tanzania (BRELA Registration No. 464629, TIN: 120-549-863), trading as Nyenzo at nyenzo.com.

References to "Nyenzo", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to iDev Consulting and the Nyenzo platform.

2. What These Terms Cover

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Nyenzo platform, including all content, features, and subscription services. By creating an account or using Nyenzo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are registering on behalf of a child under the age of 18, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Our Service

Nyenzo provides:

• AI-generated practice exams and assessments
• Weekly learning resources aligned to international curricula
• Progress tracking and performance analytics for learners
• Parent dashboards for monitoring learner activity

Content is generated using artificial intelligence and is intended as a supplementary learning tool. It does not replace formal schooling or certified educational instruction.

4. Accounts and Eligibility

To use Nyenzo, you must register as a parent or guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Nyenzo offers subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you with at least 30 days' notice before taking effect.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others outside your subscription plan
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit Nyenzo content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract platform content at scale
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, software, and AI-generated educational materials are the property of iDev Consulting or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Nyenzo content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nyenzo is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, iDev Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.
