A full plan runs about two to three hours of focused work for younger learners, three to four for senior-school learners. You decide pacing — many families work through Cores in the morning and Studies in the afternoon.

Yes — Years 1–3 are designed as family years. We keep the content short and structured for sitting together because younger children aren't ready to navigate lessons and exams independently. Plan to sit beside your child during their daily session for those first three years. From Year 4 onward, they can work more independently.

Yes — including full open-ended written answers, not just multiple choice. Our AI marker reads reasoning and grades mark by mark. If a learner thinks a question was marked unfairly, they can request a remark, and the AI re-evaluates with a fresh pass.

Miss Edna, our AI teacher, walks through any concept on demand. After exams, she explains exactly what worked, what didn’t, and how to improve, mark by mark. The next week’s lessons adapt to focus on weak areas.

Our integrity monitor watches the exam window and produces a Focus Score that you see on the parent dashboard. Tab-switching and time-off-task show up clearly. The leaderboard counts official first-attempt scores only — practice scores never feed it — so the system rewards genuine performance, not retake farming.

Yes. Your child's account is gated behind a parent account — they don't sign up, you do. Their learning history is encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold to third parties, and never used to train external AI models. We follow COPPA-style requirements for handling children's data: parent-mediated account creation, minimal data collection, no advertising, and a single visible Partner-in-Learning email address that you control. Their nickname (not their full name, unless you provide it), their year level, their curriculum, what they've worked on, and their exam attempts and scores. We don't collect contact information for your child — all email goes to you. We don't ask for school name, phone number, or address; if you choose to add country and region for the city-based Co-op Network, that's optional and editable from settings.

No. There is no advertising in Nyenzo. There are no third-party trackers in the learner-facing app. The only third-party services we use on the learner side are payment processing (handled at the parent layer) and our own analytics for product improvement.

Yes. From your account settings you can delete any learner profile, which removes their attempts, progress, and identifiers from our active database. For full account deletion including the parent account, email central@nyenzo.com and we'll process within 30 days. Backups age out within 35 days.

Only Nyenzo's marking and integrity systems, plus anyone you explicitly invite as a Partner in Learning (one email address you choose — typically a grandparent, aunt, or tutor). The Partner sees a read-only digest of completions and exam results; they cannot log in, see other children, or access your account. You can change or remove the Partner from settings any time.
